Type: Internship (Flexible work hours are commensurate with the intern’s degree program requirements.)

Job Description: The Information Technology Assistant will work closely with our A Cappella Camp (ACC) administrators in enhancing our digital infrastructure. This role is ideal for individuals interested in web development, data management, and IT systems within an arts-based organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Redesign and optimize ACC’s website for improved user experience and accessibility.

  • Develop and implement a structured database for managing camper, staff and alumni information.

  • Integrate social media platforms and other digital tools to create a cohesive online presence.

  • Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.

  • Provide technical support during the ACC session as needed

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Be enrolled in a university or college program in arts administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field. 

  • Have experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms.

  • Have familiarity with database management systems and data privacy standards.

  • Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Be proficient with Google Suite.
